Side Effects Go Away With Continued Use
What can i do to get rid of these side effects? Do you think they will go away after another week of being on the pill? PLZ HELP ME =) Questions: 1) Can i take this pill as needed? Is there any harm? 2) The side effects of feeling irritable, stomach ache, even feeling tired and upset when the pill wears off. Will this go away? What could i do to get rid of the feelings? If i could everything would be great!
My medication completely kills my appetite. I need help, how can I get my appetite back? I Am underweight, food makes me nauseous, and I naturally have a fast metabolism. I am about 5' 3' tall.
My side effects are really bad and idk what to do. Ive tried calling my doctor but shes always so busy with clients i cant get through. So maybe hearing about others that have experienced this medication is just what i need.
I highly prefer Vyvanse over adderall because I do not suffer from side effects w/Vyvanse as with the adderall. The Vyvanse is much smoother than most all other adhd drugs. I have never experienced shortness of breath while taking Vyvanse, however, I am 25 years old and 180lbs. I am also a Registered Nurse. I would imagine that these annoying side effects will eventually subside with continued therapy w/Vyvanse. Give it 2-3 weeks becaue his tolerance needs to build up first.
However the tremors are still there as well as extreme sweating, and muscle tightness. (I have been on this dose for approximately 2 weeks.
t have any side effects except if I get less than 7 hrs of sleep then I do get tired even on the adderall xr. The side effects went away about a month after I started on the 25mg. I'm going to see a psychiatrist soon and have been trying to decide which one to go with now that I can afford it. I'm probably going to stay on the adderall xr and maybe see if I can get 1 or 2 adderall ir to add to my day. It says they last 4-6 hrs.
If you feel any negative side effects from Vyvance just stop taking it, and do more research on the drug. Be safe everyone !
Masochism If you do not want to suffer from any of the above side effects do not start methadone treatment. Those are just a few of the symptoms you will experience. I could be more comprehensive but if you have questions I will be glad to answer. My suggestion is that if you suffer from both Add/narcolepsy and chronic pain go with an oc meds or try a Thebiane based opiod/opiate that is drugs like oxycontin, hydrocodone or Bupenorphine.
Vyvanse is just another amphetamine. All speed, or speed-like products, will produce the symptoms you had, if taken in overdose. If you have that reaction with a normal dose, then you probably do not have ADD.
It was very smooth, it lasted around the 12-14 hours my Psychiatrist said it would, and I did not give me any side effects. I would highly recommend Vyvanse to anyone who needs a ADHD/ADD medication. I can only wish you the best experience with this medication once it is available by you.
My son has been on vyvanse for 4 months now, he is having horrible side effects, to the point where you can't reason with him. We need to get him off this terrible drug before it kills him. You can't just stop taking it because, so how do we get him off this drug?
ve never heard of Vyvanse. It sounds to me like you may be experiencing side effects of Prozac. It might be an idea to go to your family doctor and tell her or him about the symptoms you're experiencing. Good luck.
and for some reason it seems to neutralize the Vyvanse. The side-effects go away but so does the psychological stimulating feelings of Vyvanse. It's as if it snuffs it out almost completely. I don't know if it's a drug interaction that nobody knows about or if it thins my blood out so that I don't notice any of the effects of Vyvanse, I don't know. Either way it's the only thing that seems to do 'anything' which is really weird.
Dehydration, talking out of line, uncontrollable excitment and taking on to much. Since being on Vyvanse my lithium side effects have subsided, all i notice is occasional tremors. I notice the side effects from my Vyvanse are significantly worse when under slept, dehydrated, caffinated, even small portions of alcohol and hunger. I've been taking vyvanse for 3 months. started at 30mg then 40 after 2 weeks. I just lowered it to 30 mg last week as a result of high anxiety.
How did your son do on the Vyvanse? Did it help him focus? Was he better behaved and more accepted by his peers? Have his grades plummeted after coming off? If this is the case then coming off the drug has had a big impact on his life and it could cause depression. Any type of stimulant can cause you to be more confident and promote a general feeling of well-being. When you take that away there can be some rebound depression. I would definitely seek counseling for him.
It was a little misleading because on the packaging it said it could be opened up rather than swallowed, but my doctor said otherwise. I was on Adderal for about a week and it did help me out but the side effects were just not worth it. My doctor then switched me to Vyvanse (because of my anxiety, adderall wasnt so great, and because i cannot swallow pills) It was mucchh better. I still had faster heartbeats than normal , but not as fast as when i was on adderal.
Since this is a side effect of the medication and you are unable to stop it while in college, I'll give you a tip on concealing thinning hair. I am in my 30's and as you know, being female and caring about your hair go hand in hand. I use Suave dry shampoo to make the hair appear thicker. My forehead area has noticeable thinning and you can see right through to the scalp. The dry shampoo makes each strand appear thicker therefore covering my bald spots, per say.
He said that the other two meds were to bring me down from the Vyvanse while also having the side effects of suppressing my hunger and one of them is supposed to make sugar (esp. sugary drinks) taste funky. I do not wake up in the middle of the night to eat and I am not addicted to sodas or anything. I am just trying to figure out the risk/benefit of this cocktail. The Vyvanse is already worth it b/c I can focus and it is WAY better than Ritalin plus it suppresses my appetite during the day.
I have recently gotten ahold of a 60 mg pill and am wondering if that dosage is too strong for me since I do not have a disorder and have not been taking vyvanse religiously. If anyone has some sort of input, please reply.
I checked for side effects for Vyvanse but aside from stomach pain, and diarrhea no other relatable side effects were shown. I was curious if anyone taking this medication or similar type of medication has experience this or been able to manage this issue.
The problem is that my doc prescribed me 60 30mg capsules so im trying to figure out how many 30 mg capsules is 70 mg vyvanse which i know that a 30mg vyvanse is 10mg adderall and 70 mg vyvanse is 30mg adderall. Is 7 30mg vyvanse capsules 70mg dose .I switched from taking 30mg adderall twice a day im going to have to call doc tommorroww.Any help in figuring this out .Thank you Im trying to get 70 mg vyvanse out of these 30mg capsules 1 70 mg or 1 60 is the right dose for me.
